Conference Registration:
The conference fee is $300 per attendee and is required of all attendees, even if your attendance is only for the display portion.
This fee is requested by 31 August, later submissions will be assessed an additional $50 late fee and will be accepted pending space availability. Payment can be made by check or credit card. All forms of payment should be made payable and submitted to Destination Planning Corporation using the invoice which will be e-mailed to you after you register.
Registrants will receive FULL refunds (less administrative/processing fees)if requested prior to 31 August. Cancellations after that date will not be honored, however attendee substitutions will be permitted at any time.
Once you have registered you will be sent a link to make your hotel reservations at a special "Conference" rate. This year's conference rate includes complimentary internet in the guest rooms.
TCG Country Representative Registration Information

Your Country Representatives are cordially invited to attend the 2010 C-130 TCG World Wide Review (WWR), which will be held in Jacksonville, FL, October 25-29 2010 at the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront Hotel. There are no conference fee charges for country representatives to attend; however, you are responsible for all travel, per diem, and misc charges related to attending the conference. Once you have registered you will be sent a link to make your hotel reservations at a special "Gov't Per diem" rate. You must be a current DOD employee or FMS/TCG Country representative to recieve this rate, all others will be automatically moved to the general conference block rate.
DOD/Gov't Registration Information
Conference Registration:
DOD/Gov't representatives are invited to attend the 2010 C-130 TCG World Wide Review (WWR). Participation in this annual event provides opportunities for the TCG staff, DOD employees, Commercial Contractors and C-130 Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers, to discuss items of common interest and receive information on new or improved technologies important to the worldwide operation of the C-130 aircraft. There are no conference fee charges for DOD/Gov't representatives to attend; however, you are responsible for all travel, per diem, and misc charges related to attending the conference. Once you have registered you will be sent a link to make your hotel reservations at a special "Gov't Per diem" rate.
